The Inspection Report

Advanced Home Inspections provides the web-based Horizon reporting system for your home inspection report. Reports are stored on the Web which gives you have full access to your report anytime and from anywhere, from the convenience of your phone or computer!

The report is clearly written, easy to navigate and incorporates pictures and diagrams to visually explain and define the major systems and deficiencies noted during the inspection. An executive summary is included, identifying safety related items and significant improvements that should be budgeted over the short term. Deficiencies are detailed and include description, location, implication, recommendation to address the deficiency, and a timeline for implementing the recommendation.  Imbedded links are used extensively and can be clicked on when more information on a particular issue is needed. A Maintenance and Replacement Cost Guide and an in-depth maintenance guide and maintenance schedule are included in appendices to round out the report.
